Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at hollyhush01@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back before your return is approved, since packages sent without approval can't be processed.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days for the refund to show on your statement.

We can't refund items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or returned after the 30-day window. Items returned without approval or not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Damaged or defective items

If your Holly Hush arrives damaged or doesn't work, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't pay any return shipping.

Lost or stolen packages

If you added Shipping Protection at checkout and your package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll send a free replacement.

Without Shipping Protection, we'll still help you track down your package and file a claim with the carrier, but we can't guarantee a replacement for packages marked delivered.

Cancellations and changes

To cancel or change an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to change it. Cancelled orders are refunded within 10 business days.

Currency

All refunds are issued in U.S. dollars ($USD). Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank are your responsibility.
