Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 6–10 business days. You'll get a confirmation email right away and a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping when you buy 2 or more, or on orders of $50 or more.
- United States: $4.99 tracked shipping on orders under $50.
- International: $4.99 tracked shipping on orders under $50.
During the holiday season, carriers can be slower than usual, so we recommend ordering early if you need your Holly Hush before Christmas.
Shipping Protection
You can add Shipping Protection for $3.99 when you order. If your protected order is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll send a free replacement.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll help locate it.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to change it.
